One of the things I love about DCI-ClientServ is working with Alee and Kou and Penny and all the people on the team.  And how well responsive they are and how they'll always answer my questions.  If they don't call me, they email me.  If it's urgent, they'll call me right away, they'll track me down, they just don't leave messages in my voicemail.  So I really appreciate how attentive they are to the details and how they get back to me.

We have been with DCI-ClientServ for a number of years now and one of the benefits to moving to DCI-ClientServ initially was the fact that DCI-ClientServ has a dedicated staff.  And that these are folks who are long term.  I really appreciate that because I've gotten to work with basically everyone in the office and it's consistent.  They're always there and that's comforting to understand that you don't have to explain your situation or your particular group's issues to a new person on a regular basis.  So this is a big plus for us.  The staff at DCI-ClientServ are incredibly educated, knowledgeable and intelligent individuals.  And if I have a question and they don't have the answer immediately, which is very rare, they are on top of it and they are researching it and they're back to me very promptly with the answer I need.  We definitely benefited greatly from a partnership with DCI-ClientServ.
