I think the one of the hardest things for an employer to have to do if that employer had to do it was deal with COBRA issues.  One of the reasons we did change to DCI is because the promise of support probably would handle all the COBRA issues.  And once again, they've done a wonderful job.  I basically don't have to do anything.  Again, it's just the way DCI handles that, I couldn't be happier.
